After retiring from insurance claim handling in Chicago, Illinois, and moving to Kentucky, Louise continues to have the privilege of working at HAH with the best group of people possible. The last four years have been both educational and fulfilling. The patients are a pleasure to serve, and the team strives for excellence in meeting the needs of both the owners and their pets. Every day, Louise feels she is accomplishing her goal of being actively involved in the welfare of the patients.
However, some things will never change; she remains a loyal Chicago Bears fan and still has cravings for Chicago-style hotdogs. Louise lives by one abiding rule: NEVER put ketchup on a hotdog!
