Dr. David M. Hale is from Boone County, and worked for Dr. Paul Altemuehle and the practice for 10 years prior to being accepted into the Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine program. Dr. Hale attended Thomas More College in Edgewood, Kentucky (1997) for his undergraduate training in Biological Science. For his professional veterinary training, Dr. Hale attended Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in Basseterre, St. Kitts, West Indies, and conducted his clinical training at the University of Illinois, College of Veterinary Medicine in Champaign-Urbana. Upon graduation from Ross University (2002), Dr. Hale was the recipient of the Ross University’s Small Animal Medicine Proficiency Award. Dr. Hale’s professional interests include internal medicine, oncology and soft tissue and orthopedic surgery.
