Cancellation / No Show Policy

We, at Hebron Animal Hospital, understand that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, when an appointment is missed this may be preventing another pet from receiving needed treatment. Appointments are limited and in high demand, so whenever possible, we like to fill cancelled spaces to shorten the waiting period for other patients.

If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 4 hours notice to avoid penalties. You may call us @ 859-689-4700 Option #2 to reach a CSR to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You may email [email protected] if it is after hours.

You will be documented as a "No Show" if you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment.

You will be documented as "Late" if you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment without prior notice, and you may be asked to reschedule.

No Show Penalties

1st or 2nd No Show: You will be contacted and your appointment will be marked as a No Show. Any Deposit that was collected at the time of scheduling will be forfeited, and all future appointments will require a new deposit to secure your appointment time.

3rd No Show: You will be contacted and your appointment will be marked as a No Show. Deposit that was collected at the time of scheduling will be forfeited. Your veterinarian will decide if he/she is willing to allow you to schedule future appointments.
